环境镉污染暴露人群尿NAG和尿Cd-MT的变化

Study on Urinary N acetyl β D glucosaminidase(NAG)and Cadmium Metallothionein(Cd MT)in A Population Exposed to Environmental Cadmium

  • 摘要: 为探讨环境镉暴露人群尿镉与肾脏损害之间的关系,观察90名居住在含镉污水灌溉区30年以上的居民尿镉、尿NAG、尿Cd-MT和尿肌酐的变化.结果显示,尿镉、尿NAG和尿Cd-MT分别为5.17±2.40μg/gcre、12.74±2.14U/gcre和6.42±2.35μg/gcre;尿镉、尿NAG、尿CdMT之间密切相关;尿镉升高1.96倍和5.49倍时,尿NAG分别升高0.58和0.66倍,而尿CdMT升高1.12倍和2.24倍.提示尿CdMT可作为慢性镉接触造成肾损害的一个敏感而特异的早期监测指标.

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the relationship of urinary cadmium with other indices of renal effects,the samples of 90 cases living in a cadmium-polluted area for more than 30 years were collected. Urinary cadmium、NA G、Cd-MT and creatinine were determined. The result showed that urinary Cd-MT corrrelated with urinary cadmium and NA G.Urinary Cd-MT can be used as a sensitive and spectific indicator of renal damage at early stage urinary of nephrotoxity.
