青春前期男性儿童体脂含量与性器官发育关系的探讨

A Study on the Relationship Between Body Fat and Sexual Organ Development in Prepubertal Male Children

摘要: 选取8岁与10岁男生730例进行横断面研究.结果:体脂比在10%～、15%～、20%～和25%～的男生睾丸横径、长径各组间无显着差异性(P>0.05);体脂比在35%以上组男生左右辜丸长径、横径低于其它组.阴茎长度和横径随体脂比上升而下降,体脂比与阴茎长度呈明显的负相关(r=-0.513)、回归方程为y=-0.7065x+45.6358.

Abstract: To study the relationship between body composition and the development of sexual organ among male children in prepuberty. Method:A cross section investigation was conducted in 730 male children aged 8 and 10 years.Result:The length and width of both testicles have no significant difference in groups with % BF less than 35%.These indexes of the group with % BF more than 35% are less than those of the other groups.With the % BF increasing, the length and width of penis descend.There was negative relationship between penis length and % BF(r=-0.513),regression equation:y=-0.7065+45.6358.
