宁夏50种食物中维生素E含量分析

Analyzing Vitamin E Content of 50 Foods from Ningxia Province

  • 摘要: 为了解宁夏地区常见食物的维生素E含量水平,应用高压液相色谱法分析了生育酚的4种同系物及其总量.对50种植物性食物的维生素E分析表明,植物油含量在864~237.04mg/100g;坚果、豆类和谷类在0.07~181.60mg/100g;新鲜蔬菜和水果类在0~5.32mg/100g;其中麦芯最高为269.64mg/100g.本研究为评价本地区人口维生素E的营养状况提供了基本数据.

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the tocopherol content of common foods from Ningxia.The High Performance Liquid Chromatography was in the test.Result showed vitamin E content of the plant oils is in the range of 8.647~237.04mg/100g.Vitamin E content of the nuts,the legume,and cereals are in the range of 0.077~181.601mg/100g,and the fresh veget ables and fruits are in the range of 0~5.39mg/100g.This data is necessary for estimating the local populations vitamin E intakes.
