脂质及载脂蛋白与糖尿病的关系研究

Study of Relationship of Diabetes Mellitus with Lipid and APO in Shenzhen

摘要: 采样分层整群抽样的方法,研究深圳市5个行政区8200名20岁以上在深圳居住5年以上户籍居民脂质及载脂蛋白与糖尿病的关系.结果表明,糖尿病患病率(DM)和糖耐量低减(IGT)患病率与甘油三酯、胆固醇水平呈正相关关系,两率随其含量升高而升高;与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平呈明显负相关关系,随含量的升高而降低.不同含量比较,甘油三酯、胆固醇水平高于正常和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于正常人群间DM和IGT患病率明显高于正常组.

Abstract: The article studied that relationship of the prevalence rates of diabetes mellitus(DM)and impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) with Lipid and APO,A total number of 8200 persons of more than 20 years old having lived in the communities longer than 5years in 5 regions of shenzhen in 1997,using stratified cluster sampling method.The study results showed that the prevalence rates of DM and IGT were significantly positive relative to TG and TC,negative relative to HDL,and rose As TG and TC incr eased.Comparing in difference level group,two rates were significantly higher in higher than standard group than lower than one.
