彝族和汉族男性ACE基因多态性与高血压关系的研究

A study on the association between hypertension and polymorphism of the ACE gene in Yi and Han people in Liangshan Yi people Autonomous Prefecture

  • 摘要: 应用横断面研究方法和PCR等实验技术,探讨彝族和汉族人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与高血压的关系.结果表明,彝族男性高血压和正常血压者ACE基因DD型所占比例分别是9.7%和13.0%,ID型分别是48.4%和50.9%,II型分别是41.9%和36.1%.Ⅰ等位基因频率分别是66.1%和61.6%,D等位基因频率分别是339%和38.4%.汉族男性高血压和正常血压者DD型所占比例分别是12.3%和11.2%,ID型分别是50.8%和49.5%,Ⅱ型分别是36.9%和39.cv3%.Ⅰ等位基因频率分别是62.3%和64.0%,D等位基因频率分别是37.7%和36.0%.未发现彝族和汉族男性高血压和正常血压者之间的ACE基因型分布及I/D等位基因频率存在显着性差异(P>005),故认为彝族和汉族男性ACE基因多态性与高血压的关联尚不能确定.

     

    Abstract: The study explored the association between hypertension and ploymorphism of the ACE gene in Yi and Han people with the cross-sectional survey and PCR technique.Among the male Yi people,the distribution of DD,ID and Ⅱ genotypes for the ACE gene was 9.7% and 13.0%,48.4% and 50.9%,41.9% and 36.1%,respectively,in hyper tensives and normotensives.Frequencies of I and Dalleles for the ACE gene were 6611%and 61.6%,33.9% and 38.4%,respectively,in hypertensives and normotensives.Among the male Han people,the distribution of DD,ID and II genotypes for the ACE gene was 12.3% and 11.2%,50.8% and 49.5%,36.9% and 39.3%,respectively,in hyper tensives and nor motensives.Frequencies of I and D alleles for the ACE gene were 62.3% and 64.0%,37.7% and 36.0%,respectively,in hypertensives and normotensives.There were no significant difference in the distribution of Ⅱ,ID and DD genotypes and the frequencies of I/D alleles for the ACE gene between hypertensives and nor motensives in the male Yi and Han people.The association between polymorphism of the ACE gene and hypertension was uncertainty among the studied population.
