低剂量环磷酰胺预先作用的抗肿瘤效应

Antitumor Effects of low dose cyclophosphamide

  • 摘要: 以正常及接种瘤细胞的昆明种小白鼠为实验模型,用低剂量环磷酰按(0.2mg/kg,简称为D1)预先刺激,观测给小鼠皮下种植S180肉瘤细胞后肿瘤的发生、发展及荷瘤小鼠肝脏自由基代谢的情况.结果证明D1可以使肿瘤发生率降低,若荷瘤小鼠在大剂量常规化疗前预先给予D1处理,可使肿瘤净重减轻得更明显(P<0.01),经自由基生物活性测定,SOD及GSH-Px酶的活性增高(P<0.05),MDA的含量也有降低的趋势,说明D1对小鼠种植肿瘤具有明显抑制作用,其机理可能与自由基代谢或其它因素(免疫功能)有关.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the effects of low dose cyclophosphamide(CYT)on the tumor genenation growth in tumor-implanted mice were studied by using normal and tumor-implanted mice as models.We also investigated the effect of low dose CYT on tumor incidence,tumor weight and the free radical smetabolism.We found that D1 can make the tumor incidence lower than that of tumor-implanted group,decrease the tumor weight,the SOD and GSH-Px of tumor-implanted mice liver was increased after pretreated by D1,and MDA was tending to reduce.So low dose CYT can decrease the tumor incidence and tumor weight,increase the activity of SOD and GSH-PX.All of above prove that D1 can affect tumor treating positively.And we should go further into the mechanism of D1.
