有机磷与拟除虫菊酯农药的急性联合毒性及其评价

Evaluation for Jointaction of Organophosphorus and Pyrethroid Pesticides

  • 摘要: 用寇氏法分别测定辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯、辛硫磷与三氟氯氰菊酯、丙溴磷与高效氯氰菊酯复配的单剂LD50及95%可信限以及按等毒性进行混配的农药混剂及95%可信限.用预期与实测LD50对比法、等效应线图解法和logistic回归分析法判断联合作用方式.结果表明,辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯混配有协同作用;辛硫磷与三氟氯氰菊醋复配有相加作用或协同作用;丙溴磷与高效氯氰菊酯复配有协同作用.3种判断方法的结论略有差异.

     

    Abstract: LD50 and 95%confidence limits of phoxim,fenvalerate,cyhalothrin,cypermethrin,profenofos and mixture(mixed according to ratio of LD50)of phoxim and fenvalerate,phoxim and cyhalothrin,cypermethrin and profenofos were assessed using kaber's method.Jointaction of above pesticide mixtures were evaluated by Comparative Method of expected and experiment LD50,Equivalent Effect Curve Method and Logistic Regression Method.It was found that there was the synergistic effect between phoxim and fenvalerate,synergistic effect or additional effect between phoxin and cyhalothrin and synergistic effect between cypermethrin and profenofos after the mixedness.A bit difference of result among three evaluation methods was observed also.
