香菇多糖测定的方法学研究

  • 摘要: 为选出一种比较准确、方便的香菇多糖的测定方法,对蒽酮-硫酸法、苯酚-硫酸法、直接滴定法三法进行了比较.实验结果表明:蒽酮-硫酸法所测香菇多糖含量偏高,回收率过高(113.6%~145.1%);直接滴定法灵敏度不高,回收率偏低(42.8%~85.8%);而苯酚-硫酸法不仅灵敏度高,回收试验也较理想(92.5%~110.2%).因而,可认为苯酚-硫酸法是测定香菇多糖含量较为理想的方法.

     

    Abstract: In order to select an accurate,simple method of lantinan determination,this article compare the different methods of anthrone-sulfuric method,phenolsulfuric method and direct-titration method.The result showed:lentinan detected by anthrone-sulfuric method is higher than other methods,the restore rate is 113.6% ~145%.The sensitivity is not good of direct-titration method,the restore rate is only 42.8%~85.8%.Phenol-sulfuric method is not only higher in sensitivity,but also is satisfied of restore rate(92.5%~1.0).The result declares that phenol-sulfuric method is a better method in detecting the lentinan.
