稳恒磁场对大鼠胚胎肢芽细胞增殖和分化的影响

Effect of Static Magnetic Field on Proliferation and Differentiation in Rat Embryo Bud Cell in Vitro

  • 摘要: 利用大鼠胚胎肢芽细胞进行原代培养,培养物经不同强度的稳恒磁场作用,研究稳恒磁场对增殖和分化的影响,并利用图象分析细胞形态的变化.结果显示强度大于40mT的稳恒磁场能明显抑制肢芽细胞增殖和分化,集落形成率明显减少,并显示剂量效应关系.拟合细胞分化和增殖抑制曲线,计算得大鼠胚胎肢芽细胞半数分化抑制强度(ICD50)为52mT,半数存活抑制强度(ICV50)为40mT.表明抑制细胞分化、增殖可能是稳恒磁场致发育危害的重要作用.

     

    Abstract: The effect of static magnetic field on differentiation and proliferation of rat embryo limb hud cell was investigated with micromass culture in Vitro(the intensity was 10mT、20mT、30mT、40mT、50mT、60mT).Embryo limb bud cell of rat(14 day)was subjected to culture for 5 days.The results showed that static magnetic fteld could inhibit differentiation of the cell without affecting cells proliferation.The Concentration of 50% inhibition of cell differ entiation(ICD50)was 52mT.The concentration of 50% inhibitions of cell prolifer ation(ICV50)was 40mT.It is possible that the static magnetic field resulted in abnormality of the cell in exogenesis.
