HSP70高表达对K562细胞热耐力的影响

The Thermotolerance Changes of HSP70 Overe xpression K562 Cell

  • 摘要: 为探讨HSP70高表达与细胞热耐力的关系,用硫酸镉诱导细胞HSP70高表达;RT-PCR检测HSP70mRNA水平;观察HSP70水平对细胞热耐力的影响.结果:硫酸镉作用于细胞1h后,细胞的HSP70水平显着增高,HSP70水平高的细胞其热耐力明显强于HSP70水平低的细胞组;HSP70水平于细胞热耐力间正相关.结论:化学因素诱导的HSP70表达增高可以保护热暴露细胞,提高细胞热耐力.

     

    Abstract: To study the relationship between the HSP70 overexpression and the thermotolerance of cells.The HSP70 of K562 cells were induced by CdSO4 and the level of HSP70 were detected by RTPCR,we observed the effects of HSP70 to the heat resistanceby MTT.One hour after the CdSO4 affected the cells,the HSP70 of cells increased much more,the heat resistance ability of the HSP70 high cells were much more strong than that of the HSP70 low cells and there was a positive correlativity between the HSP70 and the heat resistance.The overexpression of HSP70 that induced by chemical factor could enhance the ability of thermotolerance of cells.
