顺式氯氰菊酯影响3种蚊幼虫蛋白、蛋白酶、羧酸酯酶活性的比较研究

Comparison of Alphamethrin on Protein, Proteinase and Carboxylerase of Three Species of Mosquitoes

  • 摘要: 分别用0.697nmol/L、1.393nmol/L顺式氯氰菊酯处理嗜人按蚊、斯氏按蚊和白纹伊蚊3龄幼虫,待生长至4龄,测定其蛋白质含量及蛋白酶、羧酸酯酶活力,观察3种蚊幼虫上述各种指标的变化.与对照组相比,用药组幼虫蛋白质含量显着增加,蛋白酶、羧酸酯酶活力显着降低,具有非常显着性差异(P<0.01)或显着性差异(P<0.05).本研究结果还表明顺式氯氰菊酯对不同蚊种的影响效果不同.

     

    Abstract: The third instar larvae of Anophles anthropophagus,An Stphensi and Aecles albopictus were treated with 0.697nmol/L and 1.393nmol/L alphamethrin,respectively.The protein content,proteinase and carboxylesterase activities in the fourth instar larvae were determined and the changes of them in three species of mosquitoes were analyzed.When compared with the control groups the protein content increased and the specific activities of proteinase and carboxylesterase decreased in the treated groups.There were significant difference between the treated and the control groups.The result also showed that alphamethrin had different infuence on different species of mosquito.
