产妇及其新生儿血浆长链脂肪酸组成分析

Analysis of Long Chain Fatty Acids Composition of Maternal and Neonatal Plasma.

  • 摘要: 目的 分析了20名正常产妇静脉血及其新生儿脐血血浆中脂肪酸组成.方法 采用气相色谱法.结果 脐血中廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)、花生四烯酸(AA)含量显着高于母血(P<0.001);脐血中亚油酸(LA)含量为母血的1/5,而α亚麻酸(αLNA)含量脐血与母血无显着差异;脐血中DHA含量与母血中DHA含量高相关(r2=0.76,P<0.001),脐血中AA与母血中AA、LA含量均显着性相关(P<0.05,P<0.001).结论 母血中DHA、AA可优先通过胎盘满足胎儿需要;胎儿对n-3和n-6脂肪酸的利用可能存在差异.

     

    Abstract: Objective This study analysed plasmal long-chain fatty acids composition of 20 healthy.Method Normal perinatal maternal blood(M)and their umbilical cord blood(U)by gasliquid chromatography.Results Arachidonic acid(AA)and do cosahexaenoic acid(DHA)contents of U were significantly higher than M (P<0.001);DHA was highly related to DHA level of M(r2=0.76,P<0.001);AA content of U was related to AA and linoleic acid(LA)level of M(P<0.05,P<0.001).Conclusions The developong fetus migtht be preferentially supplied with DHA via the placenta;The usage of n-3 and n-6 fatty acid in fetus might be different.
