慈菇对CCl4致大鼠肝纤维化血清cyfra21-1和CEA影响的探讨

The Effect of Sagittaria Agittifolia on Changes of Cyfra21-1 and CEA in Rats of CCl4 Experimental Liver Fibrosis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨慈菇对CCl4致大鼠肝纤维化的干预作用.方法 对5月龄Wistar大鼠,用CCl4染毒致大鼠形成肝组织纤维化,以ELISA法和放射免疫分析法检测大鼠血清cyfra21-1和CEA的浓度的变化,并观察慈菇的干预效果.结果 染毒组大鼠cyfra21-1和CEA明显高于对照组,慈菇可减轻CCl4致大鼠肝纤维化程度并减少cyfra21-1和CEA的产生.结论 大鼠肝纤维化后血清cyfra21-1和CEA升高,提示慈菇干预作用的机理值得深入探讨

     

    Abstract: Objective In order to investigate the implication of dynamic changes of cyfra21-1 and CEA in rats of experimental liver fibrosis.Methods The rat models of liver fibrosis were induced by CCl4.cyfra21-1 and CEA in serum and cultured peritoneal macrophages were measured at 12 week.Histological changes were analyzed by pathological method.Results As the liver fibrosis was developed,the cyfra21-1 and CEA were increasing.Especially,the cyfra21-1 and CEA level in serum and degree of liver fibrosis of experimental group with Sagittaria sagittifolia was significantly decrased compare with positive control group.Conclusions The results suggest that cyfra21-1 and CEA could be reaction the damage of liver fibrosis and Sagittaria agittfolia could reduce the degree of damage.Sagittaria agittifolia is worthy of exploiting as the healthful diet for human.
