镉、硒对小鼠大脑皮质单胺类递质含量的交互影响

Interaction of Cd and Se on Monoamine Transmitter Content in Mouse Cerebral Cortex

  • 摘要: 目的 了解镉、硒对小鼠大脑皮质单胺类递质含量的交互影响.方法 选用出生2~3天的昆明种小鼠,根据体重每天腹腔注射0,0、0.5、1.0mg/kg体重的镉及注射镉同时注射硒0.35mg/kg体重,染毒45天后,每组随机抽取10只小鼠,雌雄各半,断头后迅速分离出大脑皮质,用高效液相色谱仪进行大脑皮质单胺类递质含量的测定.结果 镉的剂量不同对大脑皮质单胺类递质含量影响不同,镉的这种作用可因硒的存在而发生变化.结论 镉、硒对小鼠大脑皮质单胺类递含含量的交互影响,其机理还有待于进一步的探讨.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the interaction of Cadmium and Selenium to the content of monoamine transmitter in mouse.cerebral cortex.Method Kunming mice 2-3 day after birth were chosen,and received intraperitoneal injection of Cd,dosed from 0.0,0.5,1.0 mg/kg body weight,and other three groups treated with equal doses Cd as well as 0.35mg/kg body weight Se,after 45 day exposure,10 mice were picked up randomly from each group,male and female are 50% respectively.Cerebral cortex was removed after sacrifice,the content of monoamine transmitter was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection(HPLC).Results The data show that different dose of Cd has different influences on the content of monoamine transmitter in cerebral corte.Conclusion The effect of Cd varies because of Se,the mechanism is to be studied further.
