Abstract: Objective M eperidine w as separated from blood and urine with solid-phase microex traction(SPME)in the paper.Methods Meperidine was absorbed to a polydimethylsilox ane fiber at the condition of 65℃ for 10min with lido caine(IS),and detected by gas chromatography.Conclusion the detectable limit was 0.01~0.02μg/ml.this is simple and accur ate method for the separation of meperidine from biological sample.
