南澳、南澎列岛恙虫病立克次体的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Rickettsia Tsutsugamushi from Nan Ao and Nan Peng Lie Island

  • 摘要: 目的 对广东省南澳及南澎列岛的鼠类和地里纤恙螨进行立克次体现场和实验室分离鉴定.方法 动物分离,血清分型,毒力测定及免疫力试验.结果 鼠类和地里纤恙螨分离阳性率,南澳岛分别达26.09%和40%,南澎列岛平均为3375%和75%;获得明确分型的Karp抗原型分离株,其LD50和ID50分别为10-5~10-5.25和10-5~10-5.75,免疫保护指数≥4.结论 南澳和南澎列岛鼠类及地里纤恙螨的恙虫病立克次体病原分离阳性率高,Karp型流行株毒力大、免疫性强.

     

    Abstract: Objective Aimisolation and identification of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi from mice and Leptotrombidium deliensis on Nanao and Nan Peng Lieisland.Methods Isolation of Rickettsia tsutsug amushi by animal,serology indentification,rest of virulence and immunity.Results The rate of isolation of Nanao was 26.09% and 40% respectively,Nan Peng Lie island was 33.75% and 75%;The ident ification showed thatisolation strain was Karp,LD50 and ID50 reached 10-5~10-5.25 and 10-5~10-5.75 respectiv ely,protection index was≥4.Conclusion On Nanao and Nan Peng Lie island,rate of isolation of rickettsia tsutsugamushi was high,prevalence strain was Karp,virulence and immunity of which was strong.
