SOD诱导剂对慢性氟中毒大鼠骨、肝、肾组织中自由基含量的影响

Effect of SOD Inducer on the Free Radical Content of the Bone、Liver and Kidney of the Chronic Fluorosis Rats

  • 摘要: 目的 用SOD诱导剂予慢性氟中毒大鼠后,观察其骨、肝、肾组织中自由基含量及体内抗氧化系统变化,以深入探讨氟中毒发病机理.方法 Wistar大鼠饮用60ppm含氟水,同时腹腔注射SOD诱导剂5个月后,测定其尿氟、红细胞SOD、GSH-Px活性及血浆MDA含量,并用ESR技术测定骨、肝、肾组织中自由基含量.结果 氟中毒+SOD大鼠尿氟含量、血中SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量与阴性对照组比较,均无明显变化(P>0.05),而与氟中毒大鼠比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论 在造成大鼠氟中毒的同时,给予抗氧化剂,可使体内过量氟蓄积引起的骨、肝、肾等多种组织中自由基含量升高、脂质代谢产物增加及抗氧化酶系活性降低等—系列异常变化得以维持正常.

     

    Abstract: Objective In order to study decply on the fluorosis mochanism,we observed the free radical bone、liver and kidney and the anti-oxygen system of the erythrocyte in the chronic fluorosis rats with SOD inducer.Methods The SOD、GSH-Px activities of erythrocyte and contents of plasma MDA were detected with biochemistry.The free radical contents of bone、liver and kidney were detected with ESR technolgy.Result The activities of SOD、GSH-Px of erythrocyte and the content of the plasma MDA,and the free radical contents of bone、liver and kidney in the fluorosis animals with SOD inducer were no changes as compared with the control animals(P>0.05),whereas were markedly decreased as compared with the fluorosis rats(P<0.05).Conclusion The results indicated that the SOD inducer may recover the activities of free radical scavenging enzymes(SOD、GSH-Px)and decreased the free radical contents of bone、liver and kidney.
