流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定人发中痕量汞

Flow Injection HGAAS Determine Trace Hg in Human Hair

  • 摘要: 目的 建立测定人发中痕量汞的新方法.方法 用自制的电热恒温石英管为吸收池,用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法联合技术进行测定.结果 选定了最佳工作条件,提高了方法的精密度、准确度.检出限为0.1ng/g,线性范围0.000~2.520μg/g,r=0.9996,回收率为92%~98%,相对标准偏差为14%~34%.结论 该方法精密度高,准确度好,适用于人发中痕量汞的测定.

     

    Abstract: Objective To found new methods of Hg in human hair.Methods This methods adopt flow infection hydride generation atomic absorption spectroscopy(HGGAAS)teamwork technic to determine trace Hg in the human hair.Results The method detection limit is 0.1ng/g.The linearity scope is 0.000~2.520μg/g.The recovery is 92%~98%.The relative standard deviation is 1.4%~3.4%.Conclusion It is simple,convenient,and of good precision and high accuracy.It is a very good methods for mensuration of the Hg in human hair.
