Abstract: A 1:2 indiv idually matched case-control study of 109 cases was conducted,condit ional Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the diabetic family history,over weight,history of hypertension,favor of meat diet were significantly associated with N IDDM.OR values were 141 96,2116,21 47,21 43;their etiological fractions of population were 24.74%,28.05%,13.12%,17.78%.Intervention should be enforced in this population in order to reduce the risk factors or their level,so that reducethe incidence of the disease.
