丙烯腈雄性生殖毒性作用的调查与实验研究

Investigational and Experimental Studies on the Genotoxic Effects of Acrylonitrile with Male

  • 摘要: 目的 研究丙烯腈对暴露男工和雄性实验小鼠的生殖毒性作用.方法 用专用调查表对341名暴露男工和384名男性对照组人员进行了生育情况调查;同时,用吸入染毒的方法,对84只雄性实验小白鼠分别给予丙烯腈60、90、120mg/m3,染毒28天,染毒结束时处死动物,观察精子畸变率.结果 接触丙烯腈男工配偶的生殖机能异常发生率多具有明显的升高趋势;染毒组小白鼠的精子畸变率明显高于对照组.结论 丙烯腈对暴露男工和雄性小鼠均具有生殖毒性作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the genotoxic effects of acrylonitrile on the exposed male workers and mice.Mehtods The paper investigated 341male workers in exposed group and 384 male persons in control group,the effects were evaluated by the birth questionaries.Eighty four male mice were exposed to acrylonitrile(60,90,120mg/m3)by breathing for 28 days,and the sperm teratogenesis were counted after the mice were killed.Results The results showed that the percentage of the dysgenesis was higher with the wives of the exposed workermen,and the teratospermia of exposed mice was significantly higher than which of the controled mice.Conclusion It can be concluded that there is genotoxic effects of acrylonitrile on exposed men and mice.
