二氧化氯对地表水消毒效果的实验研究

Study on the Disinfectio Efficacy of Stable Chlorine Dioxide to Surface Water

  • 摘要: 目的 了解二氧化氯对地表水消毒效果,为实际应用尤其是部队野外作业时的饮水消毒提供依据.方法 通过研究二氧化氯对地表水消毒前后水样的浊度和嗅阈值的变化,比较了二氧化氯与二氯异氰尿酸钠对含酚污水除臭的差异.测定了二氧化氯对水中细菌总数、大肠菌群、大肠杆菌噬菌体f2的杀灭效果.结果 二氧化氯对地表水的降浊效果明显,除臭率为50%~80%.当水中含酚时,与二氯异氰尿酸钠处理水相比,二氧化氯除臭效果更佳.10mg/L的二氧化氯对湖水和较清洁河水作用30min,能完全杀灭其中的细菌,对污染较重的河水中的细菌,杀灭率为99.9%.消毒处理后大肠菌群指标均能达到生活饮用水标准(<3/L).1mg/L二氧化氯对含1414×104pfu/ml大肠杆菌噬菌体f2的湖水作用1h,灭活率为99.9%.结论 二氧化氯对地表水降浊除臭作用明显,消毒后细菌学指标能达到生活饮用水标准.

     

    Abstract: Objective To know the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide on surface water in order to provide disinfection basis of drinking water for actualuse,especially for the outdoor sworking army.Methods To study on the change of turbidity,critical odor value of surface water before and after disinfection by chlorine dioxide.To compare the ability of removing rate of odor between chlorine dioxide and sodium dichloroisocyanurate.The efficacy of chlorine dioxide to kill total bacteria count,E.coli group and bacteriophage f2 in surface water was measured.Results Chlorine dioxide could reduce the odor and turbidity of surface water remarkably,the removing rate of odor was 50%-80%.It was better than that of Sodium dichloroisocyanurate when the water contains Hydroxybenzene.Ten mg/L chlorine dioxide with a contacting time of 30 minute could kill total bacteria count and E.coli group in the clearer river water and like water,and more than 99.9% was killed in the river water which was polluted badly.After disinfected by chlorine dioxide,the amount of E.coli group in water can be reduce to the standard for drinking water(<3/L).When the water taking from like contaminated bacteriophage f2 with 1.414×104 pfu/ml.Contacting 1 hour with 1mg/L chlorine dioxide,the bacter iophage f2 could be killed more than 99.9%.Conclusion Chlorine dioxide could reduce the odor and turbidity of surface water remarkably.After disinfected by chlor ine dioxide,the amount of bacteria in water can be reduced to the standard for drinking water.
