抗菌制品的抑菌效果检测方法研究

Study on Detecting Method of Bacteriostatic Effect of Antibacterial Materials

  • 摘要: 目的 对抗菌涂料等12种抗菌制品进行了抑菌效果检测及方法学的研究.方法 目标菌为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌.结果 抗菌制品的形态、表面积等对抑菌效果的影响以及作用时间对抑菌效果的影响.抗菌涂料等7种制品抑菌率达到了99%,其余5种制品抑菌率在80%以上.结论 提出了适用于非溶出性抗菌制品的简便、快速、准确的抑菌效果检测方法.

     

    Abstract: Objective A test of bacteriostatic effect and study of detecting method were conducted on the 12 kinds of antibacterial materials.Method Two kinds of microbe,Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli were taken as target bacteria.Results The bacteriostatic rates on both of the two bacteria were 99% in 7 types of the antibacterial products and over 80% in the ot hers.Meanwhile,the effect of form and external area of these products and reacting time on the bacteriostatic rate was also observed.Conclusion A rapid,simple and accurate experimental program is proposed in the detection of bateriostatic effect,which suits to detect those antibacterial materials dissolved nearly.
