气态汞净化滤料去汞性能研究

Study on Performance for Air-Mercury Elimination Filter-Material

  • 摘要: 目的为有效控制室内汞污染,对自制型汞净化滤料的吸汞性能系统研究,对该滤料的实际应用提供必要参数.方法气态汞净化滤料吸附汞蒸气的性能试验与模拟净化器对室内汞污染净化效果的观察.采样与分析方法为金汞齐富集一原子吸收光谱法.结果当含汞气体与滤料的接触时间为0.3s时,98%以上地消除空气中汞,接触时间为0.1s时也能80%的去除空气中汞.滤料的汞饱和吸附量可达滤料总重量的0.5%,被滤料吸附的汞具有很高的牢固度.不会再解吸释放且滤料的阻力极小.结论该滤料具有优越的吸汞性能,可以用作除汞吸附材料.

     

    Abstract: ObjectivesIn order to control the air Hg pollution effectively,systematic studies have been done on the air-Hg absorbent property by the self-prepared filter-material,and some necessary parameters relating to material application were provided based on experimentation.MethodsAir-Hg absorbent performance test of filter-material was carried out and Hg-purifying effect of the imitational purifier was observed.Sampling and analytical technique was atomic absorbent spectrum method.ResultsWhen the air-Hg passed through the filter-material for 0.3 second,the air-Hg was decreased for near 100% proportion,even the pass-through time shortened to 0.1 second,the air-Hg also decreased by 80% in propotion.The saturation amount of Hg adsorbed in the filte-rmaterial could reach to 0.5% weight of material.This filter-material had such superiorities as good stability for Hg integ ration,low resistance for air passing.ConclusionThe filter-material had marked ability for removing air-Hg contamination and could be regarded as the Hg-absorbing material.
