Study on Familial relevance of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

  • 摘要: 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮的可能易感基因.方法采用HHRR方法对40个SLE核心家系进行了HLA-DQA1等位基因独立传递检验.结果DQA10501和DQA10102在统计学上具有显着关联,其中,DQA10501具有保护作用,而DQA10102可能是一个危险因素(χ2=10.40,P<0.001).结论由于SLE是一种复杂疾病,根据最近报道,其它位点(包括非MHC染色体)与SLE的关系也应引起关注.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the familial relevance of syetemic lupusery thematosus(SLE).MethodTo avoid the confounding effects of population stratification,the independence of transmission of each parental alleles about HLA-DQA1 was tested with the HHRRmethtod for 40 neuclear families.ResultsThe findings revealed significant association between DQA1*0102 and DQA1*0501,of which DQA1*0102 may be a risk factor and DQA1*0501 a protective one(χ2=10.40,P<0.001).ConclusionAs SLE is a complex disease,the relationship of other loci including non-MHCchromso mes to SLEshould be noted according to recent reports.
