香烟主流烟雾与侧流烟雾对小鼠致突变作用的研究

Study on Mutagenesis of Main Stream and Side Stream of the Cigarette in Wistar Mice

  • 摘要: 目的确定香烟主流烟雾与侧流烟雾对小鼠的遗传毒性效应及两者遗传毒性的差别.方法应用实验动物模型,使用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验.结果主流烟雾组与侧流烟雾组骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和精子畸形率均高于阴性对照组,差异均有显着性意义(P<0.05),主流烟雾组与侧流烟雾组的精子畸形率与染毒剂量成良好的量效关系(r=0.9950,P<0.05).侧流烟雾低、中、高剂量组微核率和精子畸形率分别高于主流烟雾低、中、高剂量组,分别比较差异有显着性意义(P<0.05).结论主流烟雾和侧流烟雾均具有致突变作用,且侧流烟雾的致突变作用大于主流烟雾.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo find out the genotox icity of main stream and side stream of the cigarette.MethodsThe micronuclear test in polychromaticer ythrocytes(PCEs)of bone marrow and the sperm abnormality test in Wistar mice were performed.ResultsThe sperm abno rmality rate and the micronuclear r ate in main stream and side stream groups were significantly higher than those in black control(P<0.05).In sperm abnormality test,the sperm abnormality rate in main stream and side stream groups and dosage showed dose-response relationships(r=0.995 0,P<0.05).The sperm abnor mality rate and the micronuclear rate in the low,middle,high dosage of side stream were respectively significantly higher than those of main stream(P<0.05).ConclusionMain stream and side stream also have mutagenesis,and the mutagenesis of side stream is stronger than that of main stream.
