高碘对生长发育和体能发育影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Effect of High Iodine on Development of Growth and Physical Ability

  • 摘要: 目的研究高碘、低碘对孕鼠孕期生长发育、仔鼠生长发育和体能发育的影响.方法采用随机区组实验方法,将动物随机分为高碘、低碘、适碘3组,在一种动物体内用高碘、低碘饮水复制了高碘、低碘甲状腺肿动物模型,观察高碘、低碘组孕鼠孕期体重增长情况及生后仔鼠体重变化,用游泳耗竭实验评价仔鼠的运动耐力.结果(1)高碘、低碘组孕鼠于孕9日龄时开始,体重增长速度明显落后于适碘组,这种落后一直持续到怀孕结束(P<0.05);(2)低碘组仔一代鼠在刚离乳时,体重就明显落后于适碘组(P<0.05),此种落后一直持续到体成熟(3个月龄),而高碘与适碘组间变化不明显;(3)游泳耗竭实验时间为高碘组>适碘组>低碘组,仅低碘组与高碘组表现出显着性差异,其它组间尚未观察到显着改变.高碘和低碘均对孕鼠孕期体重的增长速度有明显延迟作用,同时低碘还引起仔一代鼠的生长发育迟缓和运动耐力降低.结论高碘影响仔代的发育主要在胚胎发育的关键时期.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effects of high and low iodine on the growth development of pregnant mice and on growth and physical ability development of young mice.MethodsThe mice were divided into three groups,high iodine,low iodine and middle iodine group by randomized block design.The goiter models of high iodine and low iodine were replicated in KM mice by drinking water containing high iodine and low iodine.The body weight changes of pregnant mice during pregnancy and postnatal mice were observed,the movable endurance was evaluated by swim exhausting experiment.Results(1)High iodine and low iodine both significantly retarded the body weight's increasing velocity of the pregnant mice compared to that of middle iodine mice from the 9 day of pregnancy to the end (P<0.05).(2)The body weight of the progenies of low iodine group was remarkably lower than that of middle group from weaning to 3 months,but no remarkable change of body weight was observed between middle iodine and high iodine groups.(3)The time of the swim exhausting of high iodine mice was longer than that of middle iodine mice which in turn was logner than that of low iodine mice,showed a significantly difference between low iodine group and high iodine group,no change was observed between the other groups.High iodine and low iodine retarded the body weight's increasing velocity of pregnant mice,simultaneously low iodine retarded the growth development and lowered the physical ability of progenies.ConclusionIt indicates that the effect of high iodine on growth development is mainly in the key time of embryo development.
