灰色关联在评价生产控制区洁净度中的应用

Application of Grey Related Analysis in Assessent of the Clear Degrees of Procreative Pilot Areas

  • 摘要: 目的探索生产控制区洁净度的综合评价方法,使各洁净室的检测数据具有科学性和可比性.方法本文收集了1997~2000年4月福建省卫生防疫站对33家食品厂、药厂、医院、科研单位218个洁净室尘埃粒子、沉降菌、浮游菌、风速、噪声、照度、温度、相对湿度等8项指标的检测数据,应用灰色关联从级别、类别、地区、年份四方面进行归类分析,依据求得的关联度评价质量优劣.结果各级别中百级最优,医院为各类别中最佳,厦门居各地区之冠,各年度中2000年最好.结论灰色关联是一种较为准确、实用的综合评价方法.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore method for synthetically evaluating clear degrees of procreative pilot areas,so as to obtain scientific and constant experimental data from every clear room.MethodsTo collect data of 8 guidelines airborne particles, setting microbe, airborne microbe, wind speed, noise, illumination, temperature, opposite humidity about 218 clear rooms in 33 grocery factories, pharmaceutical industries, hospitals and scientific research centers which were tested by Fujian centers of disease control from 1997 to April of 2000.To classify these data in 4 ways:level, category, area and year, analyzed with application of grey related analysis and assessed the quality according to the obtained relativity.ResultsHundred level was the best in all levels,hosptial in all categories,Xiameng in all areas and 2000 in all years.ConclusionGrey related analysis is an accurate and practical method for synthetically evaluation.
