几丁聚糖对肥胖大鼠体重的影响及其与体内瘦素、血脂水平的关系

Body weight, Concentration of Serum Leptin and Lipids in Fat Rats in Response to Feeding of Chitosan and their Relationship

  • 摘要: 目的 研究几丁糖对肥胖大鼠体重、体脂肪、脏器指数、血清瘦素浓度、血脂及它们之间的关系.方法 将断乳雄性大鼠造成肥胖模型,然后按体重将其分为8组,8组大鼠分别喂饲基础饲料、高脂饲料及各加不同剂量的几丁聚糖(Chitosan)共7周.每周称一次体重,于第7周末断头取血,用放射免疫试剂盒法检测血清中瘦素,酶法检测血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,同时取睾九及肾周围脂肪垫称重,计算体脂含量.结果 Chitosan高剂量组大鼠脏体体重及体脂含量与对照组相比均显着降低(P<0.05),Chitosan各剂量组大鼠脏体比值与对照组相比均无显着差异(P<0.05):随Chitosan剂量的增加,大鼠血清中瘦素水平呈现明显降低趋势,并有明显地升高HLD-胆固醇和明显降低总胆固醇和甘油三酯的作用.结论 Chitosan不仅能够明显降低肥胖大鼠体重及体脂含量,而且在降体重的同时,有良好的调节血脂功能.通过体重与瘦素变化规律的分析,推测Chitosan对瘦素抵抗有改善作用,Chitosan降低肥胖大鼠体重的部分机理可能即在于此.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of chitosan on fat rat bodyweight,body fat content,yorgan index,concentration of serum leptin,lipids and their relationship.Methods Young male rats were induced into fat model and then divided into eight groups.The rats were given base diet or high fat diet containing three doses of chitosan for 7wk.By the end of week 7,the rats were sacrificed and their blood samples were taken,the concocentration of serum leptin and lipids were determined.Results High dose of chitosan produced a significant decrease in fat rat body weight and body fat content.Compared with control group(P<0.05),all chitosan-containing diets produced a significant decrease in serum triglyceride(T G),total cholesterol(TC)and leptin,but the level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)was increased.Conclusion Based on analysis on the change of body weight and serum leptin level,it was referred that chitosan could improve leptin2resising,which could be in part responsible for reducing body weight of fat rats.
