茶多酚抗石英肺组织细胞毒性的实验研究

Exprimental Study on Effects of Tea Polyphenol on Quartz Induced Pulmonary Cytotoxicity

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨茶多酚抗石英肺组织细胞毒性的作用.方法 采用支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)法,观察茶多酚对染石英尘大鼠BAL回收液(BALF)中细胞和生化指标的影响.结果 染尘大鼠经茶多酚灌胃后BALF中细胞总数、PMN数和蛋白浓度均显着降低.结论 茶多酚具有抗石英所致肺细胞损伤及肺内炎性反应的作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Tea Polyphenol(TP)on pneumonocyte injury induced by quartz dust.Mehotd The cellular and biochemical indices were measured in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)from the silicotic rats.Results The number of total cells and of PMN,the concentration of protein in BALF of the silicotic rats treated with TP were reduced significantly.Conclusion TP played a protective role in quartz induced pneumonocyte injury and inflammatory response.
