9619复合制剂提高机体抗热损伤能力的研究

Study on 9619 Compound Preparation Enhancing Resistance of Body Heat Injury

  • 摘要: 目的 为寻找有效的防暑抗疲劳制剂,分别以昆明小鼠、SD大鼠和人体作为实验对象,对9619复合制剂的防暑效果进行观察.方法 将实验对象随机分成制剂组和对照组,于实验前50~60min服药(动物灌胃,人体口服),制剂组服用9619复合制剂,对照组服用等量凉开水或百氏可乐(人体).热环境温度为Td39.0℃~41.0℃、Tw34.0℃~36.0℃,动物受热至死亡、人体受热1h.结果 9619复合制剂明显延长小鼠的存活时间,显着降低了热暴露大鼠的肛温,并减少了死亡率;人体热暴露后,制剂组较对照组肛温增值呈明显降低、心率减慢10.1b/min、出汗量增加0.134L.结论 96.19复合制剂对机体产生了明显的抗热损伤效应.

     

    Abstract: Objective In order to find effective preparation to preventheat stroke and resist fatigue,to study effectiveness of preventing heat stroke of the 9619 compound preparation in Kuen Ming mice,SD rats and human respectively.Methods They were divided randomly into 2 groups,one group was treated with 9619 compound preparation,the other with cool boiled water or pepsi-cola(human),The animals were exposed to heat until death and the human were exposed to heat for 1hour by environmental temperature of 39.0℃-41.0℃,Tw of 34.0℃-36.0℃.Results The 9619 compound preparation prolonged obviously the survival time of mice in heat environment,remarkably reduced the rectal temperature(TR) and decreased the mortality of SD rats during heat exposure.After exposed to heat,the increment of TR in human reduced markedly,heart rate lowered 10.1 beat/min and the amount of sweating increased 0.134L in the treated group than in the control group.Conclusion It suggested that the 9619 compound preparation produced obviously effect on the resistant of the body to heat injury.
