早期半定量检测HIV-1 nef RNA的水平

Early Semi-quantitative Detection of HIV-1 nef RNA Level

  • 摘要: 目的 早期半定量检测HIV-1nefRNA.方法 以nef基因引物nef6,nef7和β-actin基因引物BA1,BA4在同一反应体系中对标本进行逆转录聚合酶链反应,用BIO-1D软件对条带密度进行分析,半定量测定HIV-1nefRNA水平.结果 所试7例实验标本均扩增出HIV-1nef和β-actin的基因产物.且通过BIO-1D软件分析条带密度,判断艾滋病病毒感染情况.结论 该方法灵敏,简便,经济,是检测HIV早期复制和研究HIV致病机理的一种理想手段.

     

    Abstract: Objective Early semi-quantitative detection of HIV-1 nef RAN level.Methods In the same reaction,the primers nef 6 and nef 7 for nef gene and the primers BA 1,BA 4 for gene β-actin were used to detect the samples with reverse polymerase chain rection.BIO-1D software was used to analyze the density of the bands and get the semi-quantitition of HIV-1 nef RNA level.Results The amplified gene production of HIV-1 nef and β-actin were showed in seven samples,and the difference among 7 samples were obtained by the analysis of BIO-1D software.Conclusion This method was sensitive,simple and economic,and was one of the optimal method in study of HIV-1 early replication and HIV pathogenesis.
