新兵心理因素与过劳性损伤关系的研究

Study on Mental Health Status and Overuse Injury of Recruits

  • 摘要: 目的 了解基础训练期间新兵心理健康状况及其与训练伤的关系.方法 应用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对驻陕某部参加1998年度基础训练的新兵进行测试.结果 新兵的躯体化、焦虑、精神病性因子分显着高于青年组常模(P<0.05).城乡两组新兵比较,躯体化因子分城市兵高于农村兵,其余因子分比较接近.高中以上文化程度的新兵躯体化、偏执及总分明显高于初中以下文化程度者(P<0.05).过劳性损伤组的躯体化、抑郁、恐怖因子分和总分显着高于未受伤组(P<0.05).有不同程度心理问题者过劳性损伤发生率(30.8%)高于无心理问题者过劳性损伤发生率(20.9%).两组差异显着(P<0.05).RR=1.69(95%CI=1.02~2.81).结论 新兵入伍后,应加强心理卫生教育,普及心理知识,注意战士心理素质的培养,使其在军事训练的同时心理素质也得到培养和提高,能够很快适应部队生活,减少训练伤的发生.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the relation of mental health status and overuse injury of recruits(OUI) during basic training.Methods The Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to evaluate the health state of recruits.Scores of bodized symptom,anxiety,psychosis of recruits notability was higher than the model of youths(P<0.05).Results The score of bodized symptom of cities recruits was higher than that of the villages,the others factor scores was similar in two groups.The scores of bodized symptom,paranoia and total scores of upwards senior high school was higher than the scores of under junior high school(P<0.05).The scores of bodized symptom,depression,phobia and total scores in the OUI group was higher than the non-injury groups(P<0.05).The OUI incidence(30.8%) in mental problem group was higher than in group of non-problem(20.9%) and difference was distinct(P0.05),RR =1.69(98% CI =1.02-2.81).Conclusion After enrollmemt,it must strengthen mental health education and popularize mental knowledge in recruits and improvement their mental stuff during military trainig so that they could adapt the army living and decrease incidence of training injury.
