O157:H7(浙江株)的细胞毒性作用及其意义探讨

Study on Cytotoxic Effects of EHECO157:H7 (Zhejiang Strain) and its Significance

  • 摘要: 目的用Vero、HeLa、CHO及KMB17细胞测定EHECO157:H7首例浙江株97-1-68菌株的细胞毒性,同时与其他菌株作比较.方法采用微量组织培养板的单层细胞培养测定菌体超声裂解液及细菌培养上清液的细胞毒性作用效价.结果97-1-68菌株对全部4株细胞均无细胞毒性作用,而阳性对照株对Vero、HeLa细胞具有较强的细胞毒性作用.结论在EHECO157:H7感染中可能存在流行株和非流行株的“两类菌株”.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo determine the cytotoxicity of EHEC O157:H7 97-1-68 strain (Zhejiang strain) with Vero,HeLa,CHO,and KMB17 cell-lines and compare it with other strains.MethodsBacterial supersonic lysates and culture supernatants were tested for cytotoxic activity with monolayer cells in microtitre tissue culture trays.ResultsThe cytotoxicities of 97-1-68 strain were negative all against the four cell-lines while the positive reference strains had high titers of cytotoxicity against Vero and HeLa cell-lines.ConclusionA viewpoint on "Two Sorts of Strains" in EHEC O157:H7 infections was put forward.
