蜂蜜对小白鼠脂质过氧化影响的研究

Study on Influence of Honey on Lipid Peroxidation in Mice

  • 摘要: 目的 研究蜂蜜对成年小白鼠体内脂质过氧化作用的影响.方法 将48只健康成年昆明种小白鼠随机分为A(对照组)、B(过氧化油组)、C(浅色蜂蜜组)、D(深色蜂蜜组).A组用蒸溜水0.3ml/d灌胃,B组用过氧化油和蒸馏水按1:1比例0.3ml/d灌胃,C组用洋槐蜂蜜与过氧化油按1:1混合后030ml/d灌胃,D组用枣花蜂蜜与过氧化油按1:1混合后0.30ml/d灌胃.测定血清SOD活力、MDA含量及肝脏中脂褐质含量.结果 蜂蜜组MDA含量、脂褐质含量低于过氧化油组(P<0.05),SOD活力高于过氧化油组(P<0.05),深色蜂蜜组与浅色蜂蜜组SOD活力、MDA含量无差异(P>0.05),脂褐质含量两组差异有显着性意义(P<0.05).结论 蜂蜜可提高小鼠血清SOD活力,降低血清MDA及肝脏脂褐质含量,具有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the influence of honey on lipid peroxidation in mice.Methods The 48 Kunming mice was randomly divided into four groups by weight and gender:A(control group),B(pero xidized oil group),C(white honey group,D(dark honey group).Group A was fed by water 0.3ml/d;group B was fed by the mixture(water:perox idized oil=1:1)0.3ml/d;group C was fed by the mixture(acacia-white honey:perox idized oil=1:1)0.30ml/d;group D was fed by the mixture(jujube flow er-dark honey:perox idized oil=1:1)0.30ml/d.Results The MDA level and lipofuscin level of honey group were lower than perox idized oil group(P<0.05),while SOD activity were higher than peroix dized oil group(P<0.05);there was no difference of SOD activity and MDA level between two honey groups;lipofuscin in liver in white honey group was higher than dark honey group(P<0.05).Conclusion Honey can increase the serum SOD activity of mice,and decrease the concentration of serum MDA and lipofuscin in liver.
