壳聚糖对氯氰菊酯缓释作用的试验研究

Study on Field Effects of Cypermethrin Confected by Chitosan Against Fly and Mosquito

  • 摘要: 目的 观察壳聚糖复配的氯氰菊酯对蚊蝇的杀灭效果和药效持续时间.方法 复配制剂应用到现场后,定期观察蚊蝇密度变化,以相关密度指数和杀灭率评价复配制剂的效果.结果 单纯氯氰菊酯制剂的持效时间为2个月左右,壳聚糖复配的氯氰菊酯制剂的持效时间至少为3个月.结论 壳聚糖对氯氰菊酯具有缓释和控释功能.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the field effects and effective duration of cypermethr in congfected by chitosan against fly and mosquito.Methods After all preparations were applied to experimental field,the density's changes of fly and mosquito were observed periodically,and relative population index and mortality rate were used to eveluate the effects.Results The cypermethr in prepar ation could control pests for 2 months,but the effective duration of cyper methrin confected by chitosan was more than 3 months.Conclusion The study proved that chitosan could control the release of cypermethrin.
