低浓度三氯乙烯对人体抗氧化物酶系统影响

Effect of Low Concentration of TCE on Human Lipid Peroxidation and Anti-oxidation Enzyme System

  • 摘要: 目的 观察低浓度三氯乙烯(TCE)接触对人体脂质过氧化和抗氧化物酶系统影响.方法 用气相色谱法测定空气中的TCE浓度,用分光光度法测定尿中TCA浓度,用试剂盒测定血清中MDA、SOD、ROS、GSH和GSH-PX.结果空气中TCE浓度为315mg/m3,TCE接触组SOD含量明显低于对照组,两者差异有显着性意义(P<0.01),且SOD含量与TCA浓度呈负相关(P<0.01),而接触组的TCA浓度、MDA、ROS、GSH含量以及GSH-PX活力则明显高于对照组,MDA、ROS、GSH含量、GSH-PX活力分别与尿中TCA浓度呈正相关.结论 接触低浓度TCE可使脂质过氧化作用加强,脂质过氧化产物增多.同时对机体抗氧化酶系统有刺激作用,使机体抗氧化物酶系统反应性升高,呈现一种应激状态.

     

    Abstract: Objective To inspect the effects of low concentration of TCE on human lipid peroxidation and anti-oxidation enzyme system.Methods The concentration of TCE in air was determined by gas chromatography,TCA in urine was determined by spectrophotometer,MDA,SOD,ROS,GSH and GSH-PX activit y in serum detected with detection kits respectively.Results The concentration of TCE in air was 31.5mg/m3.The level of SOD of the TCE-exposure group was significant lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the levels of the TCA,MDA,ROS,GSH and the activity of GSH-PX of TCE-exposure group were higher than those of the control group.The correlation between the level of SOD and the concentration of the TCA was negative(P<0.01).The correlation between the levels of MDA,ROS,GSH,GSH-PX and the concentration of TCA was positive.Conclusion The exposure to low concentration of TCE may lead to function of lipid peroxidation enhanced,and stimulate the anti-oxidation enzyme system which activity was enhanced.
