用鸡胚和MDCK细胞分离流感病毒的实验研究

Experimental Study on Isolating Iufluenza Viruses with Chick-embryo and MDCK Cell

  • 摘要: 目的 通过两种分离流感病毒方法的比较,提高流感病毒分离率和流感监测效果.方法 对50.0份咽拭子标本同时采用MDCK细胞培养法和鸡胚双腔培养法分离.结果 细胞培养法分离流感病毒35株,分离率为7%:鸡胚双腔培养法分离流感病毒12株,分离率为2.4%.共35株病毒株,其中A3型15株,S型20株.结论 流感病毒分离中,细胞培养法比鸡胚培养法敏感,同时用两种方法培养,可明显提高流感病毒分病率.

     

    Abstract: Objective To improve the isolating rate of influenza viruses and influenza surveillance effect,two methods for isolating influenza viruses were compared.Methods Five hundred throat swab samples from patients suffering cold were inoculated on cell culture,and into chick-embryo allantoic and amniotic cavity in the same time.Results Thirty five influenza virus strains were obtained by the method of cell culture(7%),12 strains by the chick-embryo technics(2.4%).Of all the influenza virus strains,15 strains were type A3 and 20 strains type B.Conclusion The MDCK cell cultrue is more sensitive than the chick-embtyo technics in isolating influenza viruses.By using the two methods of cultutre in the same time,the isolating rate of influenza viruses can be obviously raised.
