中草药及绿茶对B(a)P的抗诱变作用研究

Study on Aatagonizing Mutagenesis to B(a)P of Chinese Herbal Medicine and Green Tea

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨中草药及绿茶对B(a)P的抗诱变作用.方法 采用Ames试验,检测几种中草药和绿茶的水溶性提取物对苯并芘B(a)P的抗突变作用.结果 除各受试物的最小剂量组外,其它各试验浓度的绿茶、茶多酚、半枝莲、白花蛇舌草及犀黄丸等5种受试物的提取物均有明显抑制B(a)P诱发的TA98和TA100回复突变的作用.经统计学处理,各实验组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 受试的中草药及绿茶对B(a)P具有抗诱变作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To discuss antagonizing mutagenesis to B(a)P of Chinese herbal medicine and green tea.Methods The Ames test was used in this study to investigate the antimutagenicity of water extract of Chinese herbal medicine and green tea to benzoapyrene B(a)P.Results Except the lowest dosage group,all the other dosage groups of green tea,tea polyphenol,scutellaria barbale,Hedyotis diffusa wildi,xihuangwan,inhibited the reverse mutation of TA98 and TA100 induced by B(a)P significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine and green tea have the effects of antagonizing mutagenesis to B(a)P.
