葡多酚对人体抗氧化能力的影响

Effect of Procyanidins on Antioxidation Ability of Humanbody

  • 摘要: 目的 研究葡多酚对人体抗氧化能力的影响.方法 选12名健康青年女性,每天每人口服葡多酚120mg,连续2周.分别于实验前和实验后每人各抽取静脉血一次,每份血样分为给予和不给予Fenton试剂氧化处理,并检测活性氧、SOD、MDA、oxLDL和DNA损伤等5项指标.结果 实验前和实验后未氧化血样的MDA和DNA损伤水平均低于氧化血样,氧化血样实验后较实验前分别降低20.1%和28.7%,差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论 葡多酚可提高人体抗氧化能力,对氧化损伤有良好防护作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the protective effect of grape procyanidins(GPC) on oxidation injury of human body.Methods The vein blood samples were taken from 12 healthy young women respectively before and after they were given GPC (120mg/day/one) for 2 weeks.Each sample was divided into two parts which were oxidized by Fenton system and nonoxidized,and 5 items including active oxygen,SOD,MDA,oxLDL and DNA injury were examined.Results The levels of MDA and DNA injury of the nonoxidized samples before and after the experiment were lower than the oxidized and those of the oxidized samples after the experiment were 20.1%and 28.7% lower than the before.All the differences above were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion GPC can improve the human antioxdation ability and had good protective effect on oxidation injury.
