Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of FADD responsible for vitamin E succinate(VES)-induced apotosis on human gastric adenocarcinoma cells.
Methods The expression and the effect of FADD were studied by Western Blot,Lipofect transfection and DAPI dyeing methods.
Results VES induced SGC-7901 cells to undergo apoptosis that the expression of FADD was increased in a dose-dependent manner; the apoptosis ratio and expression of FADD,induced by VES,were significantly decreased in SGC-7901 cells treated with FADD antisence oligo nucleic acid.
Conclusion FADD played an important role in SGC-7901 cell apotosis induced by VES.
