Abstract: Objective To explore aged people's psychology situation of the Mongolians and Han ethnic in Bao Tou city,and to find out the main factors that influence the psychological situation.Methods The SCL-90 scale was adopted to study 2 527 aged people's psychological situation in Baotou city.Results The psychological factors of the elderly related to sex,district,education,income,age and profession,others related to the duration of work and retirment,situation of live.Conclusion The elderly with old age,low education,low income especially women and the elderly living in rural should be paid close attention in the course of health care.
