中小学生背负不同重量行走时生理功能变化

Effects of Walking with Weight Bearing on Physiological Function of Pupils and Middle School Students

  • 摘要: 目的 了解中小学生背负重量行走时对其生理功能的影响.方法 以6~14周岁儿童少年为研究对象,采用德国产JAEGER Oxycon运动心肺功能测试系统,测定儿童少年背负不同重量行走时心率、呼吸频率、耗氧量等心肺功能指标及能量代谢的变化.结果 不同负重状态下儿童少年心率、呼吸频率、耗氧量及单位体重耗氧量、氧脉搏、呼吸商和能量消耗率均随着负重量的增加而逐渐增加.结论 负重对儿童少年心肺功能产生一定影响.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the influence of walking with weight bearing on physiological function of pupils and middle school students.Methods Children and adolescents aged 6-14 years were selected as subjects of study.The JAEGER Oxyeon system was used to test the cardiac and pulmonary function of walking subjects.The heart rate,breath frequency,oxygen uptake and energy expenditure were detected continuously when every child walked with different weight bearing.Results The more weight the children and adolescents burdened with,the greater their heart rate,breath frequency,oxygen up-take,oxygen uptake weight ratio,oxygen pulse,breath quotient and energy expenditure ratio were.Conclusion Weight bearing influenced cardiac and pulmonary function of children and adolescents.
