Methods(1)Purification HBsAg was used as evaluation index.(2)Round stainless steel,emulsion plates with diameter of 1.0cm,and square cloth plates with 1.5cm 1.5cm were prepared as carriers.(3)For maldehyde gas was produced from parafor maldehy deoxidized by potassium permanganate.
