甲醛熏蒸对HBsAg破坏作用影响因素的研究

Study on Influence Factors of Formaldehyde Fumigation in Destroying HBsAg According to Orthogonal Design

  • 摘要: 目的 应用正交设计方法评价熏蒸时间(h)、多聚甲醛浓度(g/m3)、温度(℃)与相对湿度(%)对甲醛熏蒸破坏HBsAg的影响.方法 以纯化HBsAg作为指标,钢片、乳胶片与布片作为载体,用高锰酸钾氧化多聚甲醛产生甲醛气体.正交设计方案采用4因子3水平(L9(34).直观极差分析与离差分析评价因素对甲醛熏蒸效果的影响,方差分析做显著性检验.结果 甲醛熏蒸时间对破坏HBsAg效果影响最大,其次依次是甲醛浓度、相对湿度及温度.最佳方案是熏蒸时间5h,甲醛使用量20g/m3,温度46℃,相对湿度55%.多因素同时作用时,甲醛熏蒸时间、甲醛浓度、温度与相对湿度对消毒效果的影响均有显著性意义(F值分别为49393,124.43,4600,120.43;P<0.01).

     

    Abstract: Objective The for maldehyde fumigation experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of fumigation hours,fumigation dose(g/m3),temperature(℃)and relative humidity(%)in destroying HBsA g according to or thogonal design of L9(34.Methods(1)Purification HBsAg was used as evaluation index.(2)Round stainless steel,emulsion plates with diameter of 1.0cm,and square cloth plates with 1.5cm 1.5cm were prepared as carriers.(3)For maldehyde gas was produced from parafor maldehy deoxidized by potassium permanganate.Results The fumigation hour was mostimpor tant influence factor in destroying HBsAg,next were paraformaldehyde dose(20g/m3),temperature(40)and relative humidity(55%)(F=493.93,124.43,46.00,120.43,P<0.01).
