诱导小鼠脾细胞合成NO的疟原虫抗原物质活性分析

Experimental Study on Activity of Plasmodium Antigen to Induce Splenocytes of Mice to Produce NO

  • 摘要: 目的探讨疟原虫诱导小鼠脾细胞合成NO的抗原物质的性质。方法应用Griess方法,分别检测加热处理的约氏疟原虫抗原以及经磷脂酶C、磷脂酶D和胰蛋白酶预处理的约氏疟原虫抗原对受染小鼠脾细胞合成NO的影响。结果加热处理的约氏疟原虫抗原以及经磷脂酶C、磷脂酶D和胰蛋白酶预处理的约氏疟原虫抗原诱导脾细胞合成NO的水平,与对照组相比,没有显着差异。结论诱导受染小鼠脾细胞合成NO的疟原虫抗原是一种耐热抗原,这种抗原成分中(至少在功能区)不含精氨酸和赖氨酸;但这种抗原与糖基磷脂酰肌醇的关系尚需进一步证实。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo clarify the activity of plasmodium antigen to induce spleno cytes of mice to produce NO.MethodsWith Griess reaction,the effects of P.yoelii antigen treated with different factors on NO secretion from supernatants of cultured splenocytes were observed.ResultsThe ability of P.yoelii antigen to induce NO synthesis by splenocytes is the same as that of P.yoelii ant igen treated by heating as well as by phospholipase C.phospholipase D.trypsin.ConclusionThe P.yoelii antigen is a heat-resisting antigen,being or igin responsible for NO production in splenocytes,not containing lysine and ar ginine;GPI regarded as a major antigen of Plasmodium to induce splenocytes of mice to produce NO needs further study.
