微量元素硒和维生素E抗脂质过氧化研究

Influences of Trace Element Selenium and Vitamin E on Serum Lipid Peroxide, GSH-Px and GPT in Rabbit

  • 摘要: 目的了解硒和维生素E对兔血清脂质过氧化物、GSH-Px和SGPT的影响。方法给兔注射亚硒酸钠(0.1mg/kg)和VE(40mg/kg)共6周。结果全血Se和血清VE明显升高;Se和VE能明显降低血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平,能明显增加血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性而使血清谷-丙转氨酶(SGPT)活性降低。结论Se和VE与LPO、GSH-Px和SGPT之间存在一定的相关性,对细胞具有保护作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo discuss effects of selenium and vitamin E on SOD,GSH-Px and SGPT of rabbit's serum.MethodsRabbits were injected with sodiun selenite(0.1mg/kg)and or vitamin E(40mg/kg)for six weeks.ResultsThe serum lipid peroxide level and the activity of SGPT were decreased significantly and the activity of plcama glutathione peroxidase(GPH-Px)was increased significantly.ConclusionThere existed relations among LPO,SGPT,GSH-Px and Se,VE.
