葡萄籽油抗氧化作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Antioxidation Effects of Grape Seed Oil

  • 摘要: 目的研究葡萄籽油对小鼠脏器的抗氧化作用。方法应用食品功效学实验中小鼠组织中过氧化脂质含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活力测定方法。结果葡萄籽油实验组小白鼠的肝、肾脏器谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性高于对照组;各脏器的丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显低于对照组。结论葡萄籽油具有一定抗氧化的作用,并提示可能具有延缓衰老作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo search the effects of grape seed oil on the antioxidation of mice organs.MethodsThree different concentration groups and a control group were selected.After one months MDA content,SOD and GSH2Px activites of mice in liver,kidney and heart were observed.ResultsMice fed with grape seed oil,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in liver,kidney and heart were high than the control group's,the level of MDA in liver,kidney and heart were decreased than the control group's.ConclusionThe results suggested that grape seed oil had the action of antioxidation.
