人发铅锌含量变化趋势及其相关性分析

Analysis on Variable Tendency of Human Hair Lead and Zinc and Correlation

  • 摘要: 目的研究正常人发中铅、锌含量的变化规律及二者间的相互关系。方法将发样用混合酸(HNO3:HCIO4=4:1)消化至无色透明,蒸发近干,定容5ml,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定。结果发铅值婴幼儿最高,随后逐渐下降,老年人最低。城区人群发铅值普遍高于乡村;发锌值婴幼儿较高,学龄前儿童最低,老年人最高;以铅、锌含量加权平均值得出二者关系曲线方程为LgY(Pb)=5.86-2.47LgX(Zn)。结论人发内铅、锌之间呈负相关,提示铅、锌在体内存在拮抗关系。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study relationship between lead and zinc concentration in normal human hair.MethodsHair sample was digested to translucent by mixed acid(HNO3:HCIO4=4:1),evaporated to dry,then fixed 5ml and determined by ICP.ResultsThe hair lead content of the infant is much higher than that of the old people,the hair lead content of population in city is much higher than that in countryside.The hair zinc content of the infant is higher,pre-school children was with the lowest and the old people is with the highest.According to the weight average content of human hair lead and zinc, the curve equation of the correlation of lead and zinc is LgY(Pb)=5.86-2.47LgX(Zn).ConclusionThe correlation of human hair lead and zinc is negative.It pointed out that the correlation of lead and zinc in human body was oppsite.
