福氏2a志贺菌肠毒素ShET1/ShET2基因分型在菌痢暴发研究中的应用

Application of Shigella Enterotoxin1 and Shigella Enterotoxin2 Gene PCR Analysis in Outbreak of S.flexneri 2a

  • 摘要: 目的对福氏2a志贺菌肠毒素ShET1(Shigella enterotoxinl)和肠毒素ShET2(Shigella enterotoxin2)进行基因分型,提高菌痢暴发流行时同源克隆的鉴定分析水平。方法对在菌痢暴发期间分离的8株福氏2a志贺菌用PCR法检测志贺菌肠毒素ShET1/ShET2基因,进行基因分型和同源克隆鉴定。结果8株福氏2a志贺菌可分为3种基因型,即2株ShET1(-)/ShET2(+),1株ShET1(+)/ShET2(-),5株ShET1(+)/ShET2(+)。结论本次菌痢暴发部分患者可能并非真正的暴发病例,之所以被归入暴发事件之中,可能是一种与暴发事件在空间、时间上偶合的散发病例。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo identify homogenous clones of S.flexneri 2a by using gene distribution polymorphism of Shigella enterotoxin1 and Shigella enterotoxin2 in an outbreak of S.flexneri 2a.MethodsEight strains of S.flexneri 2a were detected by polymerase chain reaction to identify genetic type and homogenous clones of S.flexneri 2a.ResultsThe 8 strains of S.flexneri 2a were divided into 3 clones:ShET1(-)/ShET2(+)for 2 strains,ShET1(+)/ShET2(-)for 1 strain,ShET1 (+)/ShET2(+)for 5 strains.ConclusionSome patients included in the outbreak event by coincidence were not real outbreak cases,but multiple sources which was a coincidence in space and time.
