城乡学龄儿童行为问题及影响因素分析

Behavior Problems of School-age Children and its Influencing Factors in Urban and Rural Areas

  • 摘要: 目的了解城乡学龄儿童行为问题现况及影响因素。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)和自拟的儿童行为问题影响因素问卷,对1961名城乡7~12岁学龄儿童进行行为评价。结果城乡学龄儿童行为问题检出率分别为11.37%和19.26%,两组间有显着差异(P<0.01).单因素和多因素分析表明,儿童行为问题的主要影响因素有婴幼儿期疾病、学前是否寄养、母孕期不良因素、父母婚姻关系、亲子关系。结论学龄儿童行为问题的发生是多种因素相互作用的结果,应采取综合干预措施。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore behavior problems and influencing factors of school-age children in urban and rural areas.MethodsAchenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)and self-made questionnaire of influencing factors were applied to investigate 1961 school-age children aged 7-12.ResultsThe prevalence of behavior problems of school-age children in urban and rural areas were 11.37% and 19.26% respectively,significantly different(P<0.01).The main risk factors of child behavior problem were child's illness before school,kinship care,the condition of pregnancy,parents'relationship,parentchild relationship.ConclusionA multi-factorial model of behavior problems existed in children,and multiple intervention approaches were necessary for prevention and treatment of behavior problems in children.
