Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the radioprotective effect of canoderma lucidum on ⁶⁰Co-C-ray-induced injury.MethodsMice were trated with three different doses of canoderma lucidum in 60 days.All groups were irradiated once with 8.2Gy ⁶⁰Co-C-ray on thirt ieth-day,and then the differnece in survival rates,average survival time and the changes in white blood cells were observed.ResultsThe 30-day survival rate,average survival time and the WBC counts of canoderma lucidum-protected mice were all much higher than those of the control group.ConclusionCanoderma lucidum had significant anti-radiation effect.
